We put AI to work for your business.
- We take the scramble out of month-end close, with process improvement, for accounting and CAS firms.
- We make sure no renewal slips past its date, with workflow automation, for insurance agencies.
- We answer your customers at 2am, with AI agents, for home service companies.
- We replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch, with a custom tool, for professional service firms.
- We tell you which jobs actually make money, with dashboards and reporting, for home service companies.
Design.
Build.
What we do.
Everything we do has one job: save you time, make you more money, or raise the quality of your service. Sometimes the fix is software you can buy. Sometimes it's something we build. We tell you which.
- 01Process improvementWe fix how your work moves before adding any software.
- 02Workflow automationRoutine work runs start to finish without anyone pushing it along.
- 03AI agents and custom skillsAI does the repeat work and brings you the calls that need judgment.
- 04Custom toolsWhen nothing you can buy fits how you work, we build the one that does.
- 05Knowledge and reportingAnswers the moment your team asks. Dashboards and automated reports built to your needs.
The SixOne Framework
Jumping straight to automation is the most common AI mistake. This is the order every engagement runs in.
Assess
We map how your work runs today with the people who actually do it. That is the AI Operations Assessment, and it ends with your AI Ops Blueprint.
Improve
We fix how your work moves before any software gets pointed at it. Fewer steps, clearer ownership, less waiting on someone.
Automate
Then we build. The automation and AI-assisted steps go in, get tested against your exceptions, and land in your week.
Repeat
We measure what changed in your week, then pick the next one worth doing.
How we work together.
- 01
Discovery Call
We learn how your work gets done and where it gets stuck. Then we share one or two concrete findings you can put to work right away.
You get a useful outside view of your work and a clear next step.
- 02
AI Operations Assessment
We dig into your biggest bottlenecks: where your work gets stuck, what that is costing you, and what would actually fix it, whether that means changing how your work moves or building something new.
You get your AI Ops Blueprint: the plan your team works from. What to change, in what order, the time it gives back, and what needs building. It replaces a hunch about where your time goes with a number you can act on, and it's yours to use whether or not we build any of it.
Five-Hour Opportunity Guarantee
We will identify at least five hours a week of practical time savings in one recurring workflow or tightly related workflow set, across the people who perform it. If we cannot, you do not pay.
- 03
Build Sprint
We take one workflow out of the Blueprint and build it: design the new process, build the automation or AI-assisted steps, test it against the exceptions, train your team, and hand it over running.
Each Sprint covers one workflow and is scoped and priced on its own, so you approve the work you want and nothing else.

Your Fractional AI Officer
We work directly with you on an ongoing basis to improve your systems and processes, automate repetitive work, and build AI into the way your business runs.
You get working sessions every month, a direct line to us in between, and a private client portal: what we have built so far, what we are working on next, anything waiting on your side, notes and transcripts from our calls, and the links your team needs in one place.
If you're not sure where you'd start, that's what the discovery call is for.
Book a Discovery CallWhat we build has to survive a normal Tuesday.
A demo is the easy part. The real week is the test: the customer who sends half the information, the day the usual person is out, the task that breaks the pattern. Before anything joins your week, we agree on what happens when it fails.

Meet the founder.
Noah Scott. As Director of Digital Solutions, built the workflows, automations, and AI stack behind a national services company's growth to $30 million.
In the same stretch, built a home-service company to six figures and a local media brand past 20,000 followers. Both inside a year, both running on AI and automation at every step.
Questions we get.
The ones that come up on almost every first call.
How much of my time does this take?
The AI Operations Assessment is two calls. We also want a little time from whoever does your work day to day, since they know how it really runs. If we keep working together after that, the floor is one working session a month, and we scale up from there if you want us more involved.
Will this disrupt what we already run on?
No. Your current systems keep running, and we are not here to replace your IT or the core software your business is built on. We work with the tools you already pay for wherever we can. If we find something worth improving or replacing, we will show you why and the decision stays yours. Nothing goes live in your week until you have watched it work.
What if my team won't use it?
That is the most common way this fails, so we plan for it. We map your work with the people who do it, then train them on the new version instead of handing over a document. If a change cannot survive a normal week, it does not ship.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays yours and it stays where it is. The assessment does not move it, copy it, or hand it to anyone. If something we build later needs to touch client information, we agree in writing exactly what it touches and why before a line of it gets built, and a person stays responsible for any regulated decision. We do not put client data into tools that train on it.
What if we stop after the assessment?
Then you stop, and your Blueprint is still yours to use whenever you are ready.
What does it cost?
The AI Operations Assessment is a fixed price and you will know it before you commit. What comes after depends on what we find. It can be scoped project work, an ongoing relationship, or both at once. Whichever it is, we agree the price in writing before we start.
AI only matters when the business is better for it.
Tell us what you're trying to improve. You'll walk away knowing what's actually in the way, what it costs you now, what it would take to fix, and whether the work is worth doing.
If the AI Operations Assessment cannot identify at least five hours a week of practical time savings, you do not pay.
